Backtagging: Yes! I'm a shameless thread-necromancer and there are some threads from literal years ago I loved and would love to see revived, or rebooted, or continued in new threads.
Threadhopping: In crack/gen/etc things it's fine, otherwise please check first just to make sure.
Fourthwalling: Generally no, but it can be discussed!

Hugging this character: He's usually a bit touch-starved, so depending who it's from, he'll be somewhere between weirded out and super flustered.
Kissing this character: Go for it, but unless there's some established CR he'll be extremely surprised and flustered.
Flirting with this character: Go for it! He mostly takes it in stride, either as harmless joking around from someone he's just friends with, or as the prerogative of someone he's already crushing on. In the latter case, he'll definitely end up flustered if he starts to think they actually mean it.
Fighting with this character: Sure!
Injuring this character: It's fine, although part of his whole thing is ridiculous agility and evasion. If it's going to be more than some few scrapes and bruises, it may be worth checking to make sure we're on the same page.
Killing this character: Not really interested, but I'll always listen to a sales pitch.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, I love a deep dive into characters' layered psychic landscapes!
Warnings/Opt-Outs: Tetsuo's (default) backstory contains trauma, parental death, verbal abuse, and significant exposure to violence. Depending on the age he's played at, he may be an underage character involved in adult themes.
Other:
ADHD, spoons, and life make tagging rate a big question mark, so apologies in advance if my tagbrain turns to sea foam for a bit. I'll usually try to come back to a good thread or at least toss out an apologyonce my head's above water if I flake on one.
